When to expect your order? |

At Eesis, we strive to ship all in stock items within 48 hours upon full payment. For large order, please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery as large orders which direct from manufacturer may take a longer time for delivery for our quality control purposes. |

Can an order be canceled or changed after is has been submitted? |
|
|
For retail order, cancellation cannot be done but order items can be changed before delivery to the same value of product. |
|
|
For large order, a non-refundable deposit of 70% will be charged and the remaining 30% will be paid upon product ready for shipment. Cancellation or changes of product are strictly cannot be done once deposit has been paid. |

How to receive catalog pricing and / or catalog offers? |

Catalog pricing is available online when you register as a member and any offers available will be posted online and will be emailed to you. |

Eesis members will be verified at time of order processing. All active members, above certain amount of purchase, will receive members's discount. |

As a wholesaler, Eesis provides large orders at wholesale price. Enquiries for wholesale prices can be done by sending in your enquiry and we will email direct to you to provide the quotation. |

Is goods purchased can be returned or refunded? |
|
|
Only goods sold at retail price can be returned within 30days of receiving the product, provided it is due to faulty derived from mailing process. we will exchange it with a new one and in the event of non-availability of the said item/design, a similar item with the same value will be replaced upon the agreement from both parties. Items returned are non-refundable. |
